The symbolic facade of our HQ building, completed in 2008, blends harmoniously with the surrounding cityscape of the Minato Mirai district in Yokohama, an international city easily accessible from Haneda Airport.

The entire Shincron group is run from the HQ building. In addition to being the center of company operations, it also houses the equipment development division and an exhibition space. It is here that Shincron's advanced technologies and products are born and distributed to the world.

The HQ building features a double-skin structure of glass curtain walls. This construction not only helps to create a bright internal environment, but also reduces CO₂ emissions and lowers energy consumption. In addition, Shincron has also introduced the Building and Energy Management System(BEMS). This system centrally manages and monitors energy consumption, providing a more efficient means for managing the energy used throughout the entire building.
