Our Tsuruoka Plant is the production base where “Shincron” brand products are created. Located very close to Tsuruoka Station at which super express trains stop (in the Tsuruoka Central Industrial Complex), the fullness of human resources, its scale, and the facilities of this plant are things we are proud of. Introduction of Tsuruoka Plant
It’s cool in summer and warm in winter. This plant is controlled with truly adequate air conditioning facilities to create a comfortable environment for both products and engineers throughout the year. In particular, the humidity control is excellent. More than ten large-scale dehumidifiers are operated there to prevent the occurrence of condensation.
The Tsuruoka Plant, our production base, located in the Tsuruoka Central Industrial Complex.
In the assembly space divided into the east, west, and north areas, 40 systems including large-scale systems can be manufactured simultaneously.
The components for essential parts of our systems are manufactured in-house. Not only cutting machines used to cut electrodes for ion sources but also working machines are installed in various places.
We have two 20-ton cranes that demonstrate their power when assembling large-scale systems.
The Tsuruoka Plant is equipped with not only an assembly plant but also a design room, measurement room, processing room, material room, training room (Japanese room), and hall.
