It is equipped with research facilities and technologies that can meet various needs requiring the formation of films, ranging from spectacle and camera lenses to antireflection films for light guiding panels, dichroic filters, and functional films.
Introduction of systems
Our R&D center has advanced film forming systems. Customers can actually operate the systems with our technical staff to form films on site, using samples brought by customers. In addition, the measurement and test rooms, where product inspection at the final phase can be performed immediately, are also available.
The measurement and test rooms are fully equipped with devices such as spectrophotometers, thin film surface roughness meters, environmental testers, laser interferometers, and SEMs to set up the best possible system.
