Shincron’s headquarters building was completed in the Minatomirai district of Yokohama in 2008.
In 2014, the earthquake-proof new annex was completed next to the headquarters.

Shincron’s headquarters building, designed to have a symbolic appearance harmonizing with the landscapes of the location, was completed in the Minatomirai district of Yokohama, an international city that is easily accessible from Haneda Airport, in 2008.

The entire Shincron group is operated from the headquarters building equipped with not only the headquarters functions but also the system development office and showroom. Shincron’s leading technologies and products are born and delivered to the world from here. For reducing CO₂ emissions and saving energy, the headquarters building has a double-skin glass curtain wall that creates a light-filled indoor environment. In addition, Shincron promotes efficient energy management though the introduction of BEMS (Building and Energy Management System), that monitors and controls the energy consumption of the entire building in an integrated manner.
